Yes! We encourage you to visit our one of our display lots to tour model homes in person. This gives you a better feel for size, layout, finishes, and available options.

Yes - We can help coordinate site work as part of your project. We partner with several local contractors who specialize in foundations and site work for manufactured homes. If you already have a contractor you'd like to use we're happy to work with them to help make sure everything lines up with your home's foundation plans.
The base price typically includes the home itself, standard interior finishes, local delivery, and setup. Additional costs may include land prep, upgrades, foundation, utilities, and permits.

Delivery and installation timelines depend on the home you've chosen and your site. If you select an available lot model, it can typically be delivered and installed right away. If you order a custom home from the factory, timing depends on the factory's current production schedule. Build times generally range from 4 to 12 weeks. Once the home is built, we work with you and your contractor to schedule delivery and installation. Site conditions can often affect a home's timeline, but because we have our own in-house delivery and installation crews, we can customize our schedule to better serve our customers' needs.
Yes. We can help you locate land or manufactured home communities in your desired area, and we'll guide you through the process of securing the right location for your new manufactured home.
Yes. All manufactured homes sold by Jensen Homes include manufacturer warranties that cover structural components, appliances, and systems.
